Shipping policy


SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY


Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier (including but not limited to UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL), all responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

 


Coffman Automotive LLC / Style Drift Rats is not responsible for:


  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delayed shipments
  • Misdelivered packages
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
  • Weather-related delays
  • Carrier operational failures


CARRIER ISSUES

All shipping issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

We do not control carrier operations and therefore cannot guarantee delivery timelines or outcomes once the package is in their possession.


If your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled and closed.


INSURANCE & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

Customers are responsible for selecting any optional shipping insurance or signature confirmation at checkout if they wish to protect their shipment.


Failure to select these options releases Coffman Automotive LLC from any liability related to loss or theft after shipment.


NO REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING ISSUES

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for any shipping-related issues, including delays or lost packages.


ACCEPTANCE OF SHIPPING TERMS

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility and that you release Coffman Automotive LLC / Style Drift Rats from any and all liability related to shipping and carrier performance.
